Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer and Project Leader to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading projects and teams in the development of automation and control systems. Your expertise will be essential in helping us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and teams in the development of automation and control systems
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of automation solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation and control systems
  • Proven track record of leading projects and teams
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
