Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Production Specialist to join our team at Dana Incorporated. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling heat exchangers using various methods, materials, and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble heat exchangers using a variety of methods, materials, and tools
  • Work in conjunction with automation to final assemble raw components for braizing (high temperature soldering)
  • Final assembly with addition of bracketry, bolts, and fittings using semi-automated equipment
  • Comprehension of work instructions during assembly process
  • Working safely at all times and within customer quality specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area(s) and participate in 5S and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
  • 1+ years' previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination is required

Working Conditions

Job duties require continuous standing, walking, handling, and reaching. Repetition of tasks and duties. Lifting between 5-15 lbs. sometimes continuously.
