  • Order Merchandise: Source and procure necessary inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked gas station.
  • Authorize Returns: Review and approve returns of merchandise, ensuring fair and efficient processing.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Engage with customers, promote products, and drive sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising insights, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
