We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Freshslice Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of staff members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Train and develop staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are met.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of inventory management and scheduling software.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
