Shift Manager

GKL Enterprises Inc. is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment, 40 hours per week, with a recognized employer.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
