We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Fire Alarm to join our team at Fire Safety and Protection.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of projects, including management of contractor sales, cost control, project management, material preparation, work scheduling, and project breakdown.
- Business Development: Assist with sales and sales estimation, and develop presentations to meet with potential clients, electrical contractors, and electrical engineers.
- Technical Support: Maintain up-to-date catalogue information for supplier products, review technical updates, and maintain supplier pricing lists.
- Meetings and Reporting: Attend and participate in general meetings, prepare agenda, post notice, and participate in monthly technical meetings, and prepare project status schedules.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in the fire alarm industry, with progressive responsibilities.
- Certifications: Canadian Fire Alarm Association Certification (CFAA).
- Education: Graduate in electronic technology.
- Language: Fully bilingual in French and English.
- Skills: Proficient in reading and understanding architectural, mechanical, electrical blueprints and diagrams, specifications, and contracts. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written communication skills, with experience in writing detailed technical reports.
