Job Title: Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at one of our hotels or resorts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations of the property, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Cleaning Staff: Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any areas that require maintenance or repair. Ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Manage Maintenance Requests: Receive and respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Ensure that all requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and Implement Cleaning Schedules: Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained.
  • Monitor and Control Cleaning Supplies: Monitor and control the use of cleaning supplies to ensure that they are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning and maintenance role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
