The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our retail establishment. This position requires a blend of leadership, organization, and customer service skills to ensure a smooth operation.

Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet operational standards.
  • Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and inventory challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory and oversee stock management.
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of a small team of 3-4 employees.
