Work EnvironmentThe role involves working in various settings, including:
- Apartment and condominium complexes

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing thorough cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors and staircases.
- Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove dirt, debris, and refuse.
- Managing waste disposal by emptying trash cans and other containers.
- Cleaning windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a pristine environment.
- Conducting minor repairs and adjustments to various systems, including heating, cooling, and plumbing.
- Coordinating with contractors for larger repair and maintenance tasks.
- Supervising other cleaning staff as needed.
- Ensuring safety and security checks are performed regularly.
- Assisting with the upkeep of outdoor areas, including snow and ice removal.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in cleaning or maintenance.
- The ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility.
