Night Shift Merchandise Associate

Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by executing assigned responsibilities related to the receipt and distribution of products to the sales area. This includes unloading delivery trucks, moving pallets to the sales floor, and aiding in the organization of inventory in a safe and orderly manner. The Associate will collaborate with team members to effectively manage tasks based on workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Preparing the retail space for opening hours
  2. Arranging, merchandising, and labeling promotional displays
  3. Conducting live unloading of various merchandise types
  4. This position emphasizes the importance of labeling and organizing products in the backroom, differentiating it from daytime or evening fulfillment roles
  5. Transporting pallets of products to and from the sales area for overnight processing
  6. Assisting in replenishing the sales floor as directed and providing customer assistance when needed
  7. Labeling the sales area in preparation for store opening
  8. Contributing to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including completing safety logs and ensuring that displays and fixtures are secure

The starting pay for this position is $17.55, with the final rate determined by relevant experience.

Must be 18 years of age or older
