Key Responsibilities:- Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Inspect hotel rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed
- Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning duties as required
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
- Permanent employment with 30-40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physically demanding role with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing situations
- Judgement and reliability to ensure high-quality service standards
