The GRC Integration Specialist is tasked with delivering expert advice and support for the execution of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance program. This position necessitates collaboration with various internal teams, including Internal Audit and Information Technology, to ensure the effective implementation of the GRC system. The Specialist will be instrumental in formulating strategies, frameworks, and tools aimed at improving risk management methodologies within the organization.

  • Craft a persuasive vision for GRC execution and allocate resources effectively.
  • Assist in establishing a comprehensive framework for the deployment of the GRC system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement tools and processes for the GRC initiative.
  • Offer expertise and direction on risk management methodologies and internal audit requirements.
  • Foster relationships throughout the organization to enhance understanding and adoption of GRC methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or computer science.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management.
  • Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management and GRC systems.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas in a straightforward and concise manner.

Desirable Skills:

  • Fluency in both French and English.
