Qualifications:

  • A proactive attitude: we seek dependable and ambitious individuals eager to grow with our company.
  • Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the HVAC field is advantageous.
  • Apprenticeship in Gasfitting, Sheet Metal, or Refrigeration is a plus.
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in servicing HVAC systems is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts and on-call duties as necessary.
  • Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting and working in various weather conditions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Willingness to wear company-provided uniforms.
  • Maintain a clean and safe company vehicle.
