Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Palace Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Restock condiments and supplies as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Package take-out food and prepare food for serving
- Portion and wrap food items to meet customer requests
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and appealing selection
- Take customer orders and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to meet customer requests
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to meet customer demands
- Will train
