Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Canfor (Fox Creek) Forest Products Ltd. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment
  • Repair or replace defective parts and perform routine maintenance work
  • Install new machinery and equipment, and read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance and repair
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
