What You'll Do

As a Senior Development Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our construction projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of project management, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones. Oversee the day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures meticulously, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and identifying potential cost savings opportunities.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project deliverables.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Foster effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams. Provide regular progress updates and address any concerns promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence.

Who We're Looking For

We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in construction project management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong understanding of industry best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible operations management experience in the construction industry, including 5+ years of direct management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling tools, and relevant construction software.
