About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Companion Caregiver to join our team at Hong's Family. As a Companion Caregiver, you will provide personalized support and care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Companionship: Engage in conversations, play games, and participate in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Medication Administration: Assist clients with taking their medications as prescribed.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation to appointments and activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 36 to 40 hours per week.
