Vintage Hotels is currently looking for a part-time Hospitality Attendant to become a valued member of our team.

The primary responsibility of the Hospitality Attendant is to ensure that all food and beverage services are organized, executed, and maintained according to the established operational standards for various events, including conferences, meetings, and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized and outstanding guest service at every opportunity. Achieve set up-selling and sales targets. Responsible for arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware appropriately for banquets, dinners, coffee breaks, and special events. Ensure that the facilities in use are clean and arranged according to the supervisor's instructions. Replenish coffee station supplies as needed throughout events. Complete duty sheets, audio-visual documentation, billing information, and other necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:

High school diploma preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospitality or hotel environment. Previous experience in up-selling and/or sales is an advantage. Capability to perform some heavy lifting.
