Job Overview

The Store Manager is accountable for driving the store's performance to achieve sales, key performance indicators (KPI), and profitability objectives through strategic planning and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and compliant shopping and working environment for both customers and employees.
  • Participate in off-site training and relevant meetings as required; travel may be necessary.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with potential overtime as needed.
Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of management experience in a customer-focused retail setting, ideally in apparel or footwear.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and effectively resolving complex challenges.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication abilities; bilingual proficiency in English and French is required in Quebec.
  • Quick adaptability and eagerness to learn.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Physical capability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
