Position Overview

As a Security Operations Supervisor at Guardteck Security Live and Live Host International, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and guests. Your leadership will ensure that all security operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment
  • Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs to ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Act as the primary contact for managing emergency situations effectively.
  • Oversee the operation of computer systems and security equipment.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Order and manage supplies, equipment, and materials as needed.
  • Resolve workplace issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
  • Train staff in their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize operations.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Possession of a valid Security Guard License is mandatory.
Security and Safety Standards
  • A basic security clearance is required.
