Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized support plans for clients
  • Provide crisis intervention and support services to clients in need
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote social cohesion and prevent social issues
  • Provide education and training to clients and community members on mental health and social issues
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance services and outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychoeducation, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social services or a related field
  • Valid membership with a Professional Association
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
