Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Process Engineer to enhance our Engineering team. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver Process Safety Management (PSM) support across all designated Accoravillage facilities. This includes the implementation, oversight, and facilitation of essential PSM elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support corporate-led process safety initiatives to ensure effective program awareness and implementation.
- Facilitate comprehensive risk assessment studies for accurate hazard identification and risk mitigation.
- Assist site personnel in addressing PSM recommendations to achieve desired risk reduction outcomes.
- Collaborate with the PSM Manager to develop corporate procedures and guidelines for safe operational practices.
- Participate in auditing processes to ensure compliance with PSM programs across all sites.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Professional Engineering License is highly preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in new process design, commissioning, and support of plant operations and projects.
- A strong commitment to health and safety practices.
- A valid driver's license and passport for potential travel requirements.
