About the Role

Collabera, a leader in IT staffing, is seeking a skilled Front-end Software Designer to join our team. As a Front-end Software Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing user interface applications for various platforms, including WEB, iOS, Android, and embedded HMI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain user interface applications for various platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated unit tests.
  • Review design, code, and test.
  • Improve the tool set used to produce high-quality and highly secure software.
  • Identify the good enough design and code based on business value, project budget, and timeline.
Requirements
  • Graduate diploma in computer sciences, software engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
  • Solid scripting skills: bash, awk, sed, perl, Python, Lua.
  • Solid knowledge of IP networking and IT security.
  • Solid experience in Application Development mixing multiple languages.
  • Solid experience in Asynchronous programming.
  • Good knowledge of GIT source control.
  • Bilingual (French/English).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some experience in Software Development in C, C#, and C++.
  • Passionate about improving user experience.
  • Inclined to use existing software instead of reinventing the wheel.
  • Curious and passionate about software development.
