We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Strategic Communications team, you will play a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and action across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal communications campaigns to increase awareness and excitement of our business strategies, performance, and brand positioning.
  • Design and create high-quality written content, including internal social media platforms, email, videos, intranet posts, and event updates.
  • Strengthen our brand and culture by igniting and inspiring employees through compelling storytelling and creative content.
  • Drive employee engagement through initiatives that support diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Requirements:

  • Communications, PR, Media, Journalism, or Business educational background preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with project management capabilities.
  • Motivation and a strong desire to learn.
  • Knowledge of and interest in both traditional and social media.
  • Creativity and curiosity.
