Infrastructure Engagement Specialist

Become a vital part of our team at Halton Region, where you will facilitate communication and engagement for infrastructure development initiatives. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and require an individual to serve as the main point of contact for customer relations associated with our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to construction initiatives
  • Handle questions and concerns through various communication channels
  • Stay informed about assigned projects and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in crafting effective communication strategies for projects
  • Engage with stakeholders and the community throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track project effects and report findings to management
Qualifications

Required

  • Post-secondary degree in Engineering or Business
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management tools

Preferred

  • Understanding of infrastructure planning and construction processes
Work Environment

Flexibility in working hours and travel to various project locations is necessary. Candidates must have their own means of transportation.
