Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Educator to join our team at Inspire Montessori School Corp. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, emotional, and social development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Housekeeping and Cooking Duties

Support our housekeeping and cooking team in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our students.

Communicate with Parents

Keep parents informed about their child's progress and well-being through regular updates and communication.

Support Early Childhood Educators

Collaborate with our early childhood educators to develop and implement programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of our students.

Record Keeping

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and development.

Encourage Creativity

Support our students in expressing their creativity through various forms of art, music, and physical activity.

Develop Good Habits

Guide our students in developing good eating, dressing, and toilet habits.

Submit Written Observations

Provide written observations of student behavior and development to our early childhood educators.

Attend Staff Meetings

Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss student progress and address any concerns or issues.

Build Collaborative Relationships

Establish and maintain positive relationships with our staff and community service providers.

Plan Activities

Develop and implement activities for school-age children in our child-care programs before and after regular school hours.

Supervise and Coordinate

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our early childhood educators and assistants.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35-40 hours per week.
