Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at the Parry Sound District Social Services Administration Board. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to our clients and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to clients in a variety of settings, including in-home and community-based settings.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and personal care.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on topics such as health and wellness, and community resources.
- Secondary School Graduation Diploma.
- Experience in a Social Services environment, an asset.
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to connect clients with relevant services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
