Job Title: Material Handler

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Material Handler to join our team at Grass King Landscaping & Snow Removal Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Material Handler will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. The successful candidate will also operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products, as well as provide customer service and perform other related tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
  • Operating a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
  • Providing customer service and responding to customer inquiries
  • Picking orders and stocking products
  • Installing, lashing, and securing goods
  • Storing cargo and materials
  • Transporting and distributing materials and goods
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
Work Environment:

The Material Handler will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, and physically demanding conditions. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
