Role Overview: Collaborate with leadership in sales, marketing, and commercial operations, as well as other essential stakeholders, to establish and uphold comprehensive reporting requirements for the sales division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate routine analytical reports and construct data pipelines for internal stakeholders.
- Acquire, organize, and convert data into actionable formats.
- Partner with the Data Technology team to design and sustain backend systems and ETL processes that facilitate reporting and analysis for sales, marketing, and commercial operations.
- Create and manage custom web applications and dashboards utilizing PowerBI and SFDC.
- Evaluate business operational needs for data, assess current data quality, and propose enhancement opportunities.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and validate reports across the product portfolio.
- Transform unstructured data into formats suitable for analysis.
- Keep leadership informed about the status of ongoing issues and analyses, including known challenges and perceived risks.
- Lead reporting initiatives across various business units.
Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in:
- Creating and maintaining custom web applications and dashboards using SAP BO, Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake Data Cloud, ThoughtSpot, and Figma UI Design tool.
- Acquiring, organizing, and transforming data into actionable formats, while identifying and defining new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Work Environment: This position allows for 100% remote work.
