Job Summary

Juniors Foods Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced food outlet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality food standards, and leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Train and supervise staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and estimate ingredient and supply requirements
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
  • Collaborate with staff to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
