Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate your organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail by delivering administrative support across a range of tasks, including verifying and updating documentation for precision. Exhibit your eagerness for continuous improvement by staying informed about commercial lending policies, procedures, and technological advancements. Collaborate effectively with colleagues in operations, legal teams, and agencies to secure and relay information and technical assistance to our clientele. Leverage your strong technical skills in Word and Excel for data entry and utilizing formulas to analyze information. Apply your investigative skills to ensure all documentation is thoroughly reviewed, confirming that all necessary signatures are obtained and underwriting is verified for accuracy. Prioritize and manage your time effectively to adapt to the evolving needs of the business. Utilize your exceptional customer service abilities to assist various partners, both internal and external. Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Ideal Candidate Profile:
You bring 1-3 years of experience in the financial sector or in administrative roles related to lending. You are a strong communicator who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service to colleagues and external audiences alike. You have a keen eye for detail and can handle large volumes of work while meeting deadlines. Experience with loan application systems is a significant advantage. You value teamwork and consistently demonstrate a collaborative spirit. Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential.
