About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our On-Board Payload Software Development team. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of software developers and testers to deliver high-quality On-Board Payload Software.
  • Develop and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and risks.
  • Drive automation initiatives and champion quality assurance practices to enhance product reliability.
  • Organize team-building events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team cohesion and professional growth.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices are followed and technical challenges are effectively addressed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a software development environment with an embedded software focus.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful software development teams.
