Position Overview: M30 Retail Services, Inc. is seeking skilled individuals for the role of Nighttime Fixture Installer in the retail sector. This temporary project involves working on renovations and installations during evening hours, specifically in a large retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Constructing and installing new fixtures and features within the retail space.
  • Setting up displays and fixtures as per project specifications.
  • Performing general labor tasks as needed to support the project.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in merchandising and ability to interpret building plans or planograms.
  • Proven carpentry skills are essential.
  • Prior experience in fixture installation and construction is mandatory.
  • Must possess personal tools for the project: hammer, screwdrivers, utility knife, level, tape measure, cordless drill, etc.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Experience operating a pallet jack is advantageous.
  • Must be physically fit, capable of performing tasks that involve standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: CSA-approved safety footwear, hard hat, safety vest, and work gloves.
  • Availability to work night shifts and reliable transportation to the job site is necessary.

Compensation: $23/hour plus vacation pay.

Work Schedule: Night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, concluding Friday morning; hours from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Weekly Hours: Up to 40 hours per week.
