Bison Concrete & Construction Limited is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Compaction and Finishing: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
- Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all concrete work meets the company's quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in concrete finishing and repair.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in concrete finishing and repair.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
