The Marketing Brand Specialist will play a crucial role in the formulation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for the brand. Collaborating with a diverse team of internal and external partners, you will help bring the marketing strategy to fruition for the consumer.

Key Responsibilities:

Grasp the brand strategy and serve as a brand advocate through marketing initiatives Partner with the Brand Marketing Manager on programs that align with the brand strategy, including brief creation, creative assessment, and tactical execution Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams across various banners to exchange best practices and resources for campaign activation Engage with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Customer Insights, as well as external agency partners

Key Support Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Planning team with marketing updates Coordinate campaign activations with Digital and Loyalty teams Support Creative Services with current brand guidelines and documentation Maintain ongoing communication with Customer Insights to evaluate program success and explore research opportunities Regularly liaise with Field Marketing teams to facilitate local marketing efforts Maintain communication with Merchandising and Private Label departments

Qualifications:

An Undergraduate Degree 5 years of relevant experience in retail, advertising, marketing, or merchandising Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite A strong passion for food
