Crown Distributors/ Ortech Industries is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Transaction Management: Prepare and submit reports, ensure accuracy of financial transactions, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
- Work Coordination and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Health Benefits Administration: Administer dental, health care, and vision care benefits to employees.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and reliable.
This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
