We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Worker to join our team at R. N. Capital Management Ltd. as a General Farm Worker.
Key Responsibilities- Plant, Cultivate, and Irrigate Crops: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops in a timely and efficient manner to ensure optimal growth and yield.
- Fertilize and Spray Crops: Fertilize and spray crops as needed to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases.
- Harvest Crops: Harvest crops at the appropriate time to ensure maximum quality and yield.
- Feed and Tend Animals: Feed and tend to animals on the farm, including beef cattle, turkeys, and other livestock.
- Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, plows, and other equipment.
- Clean Stables, Barns, Barnyards, and Pens: Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform General Farm Duties: Perform general farm duties as required, including cleaning and lubricating machinery and equipment.
- Construct and Repair Wood or Metal Supports and Structures: Construct and repair wood or metal supports and structures as needed to maintain the farm's infrastructure.
- Experience: Experience in farm work is an asset.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week.
