About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at Richie Painting Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of our work.
  • Paint Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces using a variety of techniques.
  • Equipment Operation: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed to ensure safe and efficient access to work areas.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work areas to ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared and painted, and make adjustments as needed.

As a Construction Painter with Richie Painting Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding work
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
