We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter to join our team at Northcan Construction Ltd.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
- Repair cracks and holes
- Mix paint to desired color and texture
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Ability to work outdoors, underground, at heights, and in environments with odors
- Attention to detail, physical stamina, and ability to work in a team
The successful candidate will work in a variety of environments, including outdoors, underground, and at heights. They will be required to work in environments with odors and will need to be able to adapt to changing conditions.
