Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Crew Member. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for the overall completion of projects, maintaining a clean and organized site, and delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and timely completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site and project area.
  • Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including distributing flyers and promoting our services door-to-door in local neighborhoods.
Requirements
  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work, with a willingness to learn and be trained on our services.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle or access to transportation.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Coachable and eager to learn and grow with our team.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate of $18-$24, depending on experience and responsibility.
