Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on diagnostic skills and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles
  2. Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues
  3. Test and verify the functionality of vehicle parts and systems
  4. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed during servicing
  5. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  6. Collaborate with the Parts and Service Department to ensure efficient workflow
  7. Maintain accurate records of work performed

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Must be a licensed automotive technician (310S or equivalent)
  2. Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  3. Must be able to lift heavy parts or machinery
  4. A minimum of 3 years' mechanical experience is preferred
  5. Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills are essential
  6. Reliability and dependability are key qualities
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with customers

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position with regular 8-hour shifts
  • Weekends may be required as needed

Compensation:

  • $80,000–$120,000 per year
