Accounting Bookkeeper Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
