Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to join our team at PVH. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

  • Lead the effort to greet and offer assistance to every customer, providing real-time coaching to associates.
  • Execute replenishment to ensure sales floor inventory levels and size availability align with brand standards, collaborating with management on remerchandising decisions.
  • Encourage and help associates maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and promotions to help explain value and build brand loyalty.
  • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the store and always place our customer first, asking for feedback and conveying business opportunities to the Store Manager.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly while exceeding expectations.

Commitment to Efficiency:

  • Lead the execution of shipment processing, replenishment, pricing, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards, achieving or exceeding the brand's UPH processing standards.
  • Assist in leading merchandising execution, filling in based on sell-through and collaborating with management on new arrival merchandising decisions.
  • Enforce all company tools, policies, and procedures, assisting with loss prevention training and coaching associates to maintain awareness and report concerns.
  • Assist with effective scheduling to support payroll strategies and budgets.

Associate Morale:

  • Motivate and inspire associates to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards, contributing to the recruiting and onboarding of talent to ensure a best-in-class team.
  • Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers, treating customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
  • Celebrate and embrace individuality, inclusion, and partnership, building relationships and seeking out feedback for continuous self-development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience required.
  • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts, with some travel possible.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.

Compensation: $22.40/hour

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions on job advertisements in the province of British Columbia based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including qualifications, geographic location, and other relevant skills.
