Chatar Transport Ltd. is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations to optimize resource allocation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with remote teams and stakeholders to coordinate activities
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders to meet customer demands
  • Respond to emergency situations by dispatching personnel as needed
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
