Job Title: Care Attendant - Special Care Facility

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Attendant to join our team at Oakville Children's Homes. As a Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a safe and clean environment, and provide emotional support and companionship to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
