Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure accurate and efficient check-in processes.
  • Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the front desk team.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Special Needs Assistance: Assist guests with special needs, such as mobility or language requirements, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
