Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Quesnel. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to our guests.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to our guests.
  • Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist guests with special needs, such as dietary restrictions or mobility issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Will train individuals with the right attitude and work ethic.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
