Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd o/a Prime Time Donair & Poutine. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment.

Personal Suitability:
  • Team player.
Experience:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years.
Language:
  • English.
Work Hours:
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
