About This Role:
The HR Operations Partner will leverage multi-national policy knowledge and general HR expertise to guide and inform leaders, managers, and employees on various People-related matters. This role involves addressing employee relations challenges and providing strategic advice to leadership on HR policies and practices. The HR Operations Partner will collaborate closely with various teams within the HR function and across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering legally sound and practical advice to managers and employees on a range of case management topics.
- Overseeing all aspects of employee relations case management, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, cross-border matters, grievances, and absence management.
- Implementing a variety of business transformation initiatives and local projects in partnership with HR Business Partners.
- Supporting HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence in the execution of essential HR processes, such as Talent Management and Rewards.
