Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Effectively manage the department's key performance indicators, analyze data, and develop informed growth and improvement plans.
- Leadership and Development: Supervise, coach, and train front-line employees in all stages of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, and development.
